My 5 day Sugar free Challenge is simple.
Here’s how it works:
- Getting Set Up (15 mins): You find out why cutting sugar out is so important and how you can do this easily step by step.
Then you choose 1 new food, 1 new drink and 1 new healthier habit you want to adopt (e.g. working out or going to bed earlier)
- Monday – Friday (5 min): You add the 3 new healthy foods & habits to your everyday routine and you reply to the email I’ll send you every day to check in with you.
Easy! In less than half an hour, you’ll learn things that will benefit you for as long as you’ll live.
I regularly run new challenges. Sometimes they have themes like ‘5 Day Green Smoothie Challenge’ or ‘5 Day Wean Yourself of Coffee’ or ‘5 Day Sugar Craving Buster’.
NOTE: There’s no 5 day challenge this month because I’m running my 21 day Candida Cleanse.
- Once the 5-day Sugar Free Challenge starts, I will check in with you via email, Monday through to Friday, whether you added the new foods to your lifestyle. This is as simple as replying “Yes or No”. Can’t get any quicker, but it will keep you on your toes.
So you’ll find it easier to build a bit of momentum 🙂
